In the event of a problem, our goal is to provide you with same-day service. From A/C, water heaters, plumbing, appliance repairs, etc. we try to become a one-stop shop vendor for you. By offering a full range of services catered to property management needs, we are able to provide an affordable cost to you and your client and get the repairs done in quickly.
Our technicians are all crossed trained to handle all A/C, heating, plumbing, electrical or appliance needs that comes our way. Only 1 technician = Only 1 charge!
All service technicians carry mobile devices to promptly document work done and to take before/after photos of work done or needed. This helps update our office on all repairs completed, as well as notifies the office if estimates are needed within minutes of the technician leaving the property. Any repairs over the approved authorization limit are consistently communicated to the property manager as soon as possible. Therefore, estimates and invoices are submitted to property manager in a timely manner.
Our dispatching software will automatically send out emails informing status updates including; appointments made, pending estimate approvals, unable to contact tenants, completed, etc. Yes, we use dESCo!
Maintenance requests are taken via email to avoid any miscommunication. Residents are contacted the same business day or next of being dispatched a repair request and we also email and text tenants if contact is not successful at the first attempt.
We offer after hour and weekend services for emergency issues at no additional charge.
In 2007, it was decided that a need for a one stop shop for both HVAC & Plumbing was needed. Xcalibur wanted to do all the things other companies were talking about but not actually doing.
